Advance STO Attributes!

Now you can view your STO ( Send Time Optimization ) Attributes right on your panel as custom attributes! For all the panels where STO is enabled for Email or APN, every end user who qualifies the criterias for STO would be assigned a Preferred Hour. Preferred Hour is the user's preferred time of the day. For eg: If Rahul has a '15' as the value in EMAIL_PH_WEEK, it means Rahul's preferred hour to send email communication is 3 pm.

There are 3 attributes auto-created for all panel who have enabled STO, they are: - EMAIL_PH_WEEK -shows the Preferred Hour of the user on email channel for a weekday.

- EMAIL_PH_WEEKEND - shows the Preferred Hour of the user on email channel for the weekend.

- APN_PH_WEEK -shows the Preferred Hour of the user on APN channel for all days.

NOTE: Please do not edit or delete the values or the attribute name of these attributes. Any changes done to the attributes will impact the STO campaigns.

These attributes will be auto-generated and auto-refreshed on a weekly basis.

Details:

- These attributes will be automatically used when you run any STO campaign on Email or APN channel. - These attributes can be used in segmentation as any other custom attribute. - Values of these attributes would be (0 to 23) where 0 is 12am, 23 is 11pm. If the user does not have a preferred hour then it will be NULL. - You can also add these attributes in detailed report download to analyse the preferred hour distribution across your customer base. - Attributes will be available in Journeys (both data sets and triggers)
