We are thrilled to introduce the LimeChat integration in Netcore's CE dashboard!
This feature enables you to enhance customer engagement using LimeChat WhatsApp flows triggered by event-driven data from Netcore CE. With this integration, you can send highly contextual and interactive messages via WhatsApp for personalized marketing, leveraging real-time event data.
How It Works
- Activate LimeChat Integration โ Go to the Integrations page and activate LimeChat.
- Enable LimeChat Journey Node โ Once active, the LimeChat node will appear in your journeys.
- Export Data โ Send event (activity), segment, or list data to LimeChat to build WhatsApp workflows on LimeChat.
Key Benefits
- Interactive Campaigns: Create two-way WhatsApp flows on LimeChat to drive customer engagement, boost retention, and improve conversion rates.
- In-App Checkout: Facilitate consultative selling and allow customers to complete purchases directly via WhatsApp.
- Event-Driven Messaging: Sync user activity from Netcore to LimeChat for contextual communication. Example: Recover abandoned carts with targeted WhatsApp messages.
Important Notes
- Event Export: Unlike other messaging apps (Zalo or Viber) in Netcore CE, WhatsApp messages are not sent directly via Netcore. Instead, events are exported to LimeChat, where WhatsApp flows are configured.
- Channel Events: WhatsApp sent, delivered, opened, and clicked events from LimeChat will not be tracked or reported in Netcore CE. Users can access WhatsApp reports directly in LimeChat.
- Segment/List Export: When exporting a segment or list, an event is created for each user in the audience. The event name will match the list/segment name.
This integration enhances WhatsApp marketing, automation, and supportโgiving you more flexibility in engaging customers on their preferred channel.
