- Brands can now create user segments based on RCS engagement:
- RCS Sent/Not Sent
- RCS Failed
- RCS Read/Not Read
- Viber Segmentation:
- Similarly, segmentation support has been extended to Viber, allowing brands to segment users based on:
- Viber Sent/Not Sent
- Viber Read/Not Read
- Viber Click/Not Clicked
- Viber Failed
- Zalo in Segmentation:
- Segmentation support has been extended to Zalo & Haptik
- Sent/Not Sent
- Delivered/Undelivered
- WhatsApp Haptik in Segmentation:
- Segmentation support has been extended to WhatsApp Haptik

Ease of Access:
These new segmentation features are readily accessible over respective enabled panels.
How to Access:
- Navigate to Login > Audience > Segmentation.
- Click on 'Add Condition' to begin crafting targeted segments.
- Under the 'Engagement' tab, you'll find relevant events for all above mentioned channels.
