We have introduced a new, optional field that allows you to specify personalized media URLs for your journeys. This means you can tailor the media content based on user attributes or events, creating hyper-targeted and impactful communication.
Don't worry about users who don't have specific data for personalization. We've got you covered. Our smart fallback mechanism ensures that if personalized data is missing, your messages seamlessly revert to the default media URL, maintaining a consistent user experience.
To ensure smooth implementation and maintain the integrity of existing journeys, this feature is available exclusively for newer Journey nodes. It's a step forward in our commitment to providing innovative solutions while preserving stability.
When configuring your journeys, simply use the new Personalized Media URL field. You can personalize media content based on attributes or events, adding a new dimension to your communication strategy.
If a user's data doesn't match the personalization criteria, our system will intelligently fall back to the Default Media URL, ensuring that every user receives a relevant message.
This feature seamlessly integrates into your journey-building workflow, making it intuitive and straightforward to use.
