This powerful feature is designed to enhance security and streamline user permissions, providing greater control and flexibility over user access within our platform.
Enhanced Security: RBAC allows you to define granular permissions for each user role, ensuring that users have access only to the functionalities necessary for their responsibilities. This helps minimize the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches.
Streamlined Permissions: With RBAC, administrators can easily assign predefined roles to users, eliminating the need for manual permission management. This saves time and reduces the likelihood of errors, ensuring that users have the access they need to perform their roles effectively.
Enable RBAC: Reach out to [email protected] or your account manager. Feature will be enabled after giving a brief walkthrough and completion of some recommended readiness on your end.
Configure Roles: Define custom roles relevant to your organization's needs and assign them to users based on their responsibilities.
Assign Roles to Users: Use RBAC to manage user access and permissions effectively, ensuring that each user has appropriate access to the platform's features and functionalities.
What happens to existing users? Post enabling, existing users will be migrated to default system roles. Admins will remain Admins, while Makers and Checkers will be migrated as makers and checkers respectively. All other users (sub-admins and others) will be assigned the Admin role by default.
There are certain modules which do not support RBAC as of now, RBAC support will be added to these very soon on an iterative basis. This means all roles will have full access to these modules. These modules include:

Inapp campaigns

We're excited about the potential of RBAC to enhance security and streamline user permissions within our platform.
