Enhancement request for scheduled reports expiry alerts:
Currently, there are no email alerts configured for scheduled reports - the system only updates the status on the UI.
Request: Implement proactive notifications when a report is about to expire or has expired, allowing clients to take action in advance.
Benefits:
- Reduce manual follow-ups
- Improve overall client experience
- Prevent missed report renewals
Issue reported for client SpiceMoney (panel: spicemoneysmart) whose scheduled reports expired on 12th January without any notification alerts being triggered.
This enhancement would ensure clients are automatically notified before their scheduled reports expire, eliminating the need for manual tracking.
