We are now live with cohort sync integration as part of our technology partnership with Amplitude😍. It allows you to sync cohorts (audiences) from Amplitude to Netcore Cloud Customer Engagement (CE) platform.

Seamlessly pair Amplitude's analytics with Netcore CE's full-stack solutions to deliver customer experiences across all the touchpoints of the user journey.

Ex: Create a cohort (in Amplitude) of your at-risk users & directly trigger a journey/campaign to convert them into loyal/star users from Netcore.

Steps to get started:

1. Contact your account managers at both Netcore and Amplitude to enable the integration.
2. Setup Netcore Cloud as a destination in Amplitude - ensure to use the same primary key in Netcore and Amplitude for mapping (paste API key in the Netcore CE panel under admin profile).
3. Go to any cohort in Amplitude and click Sync to > Netcore Cloud.
4. Select your sync configurations and click on save sync.
5. Your cohort will get synced with Netcore Cloud CE as a list with the name: AMPLITUDE_[Cohort_name]
