As an enhancement, we are revising image size restrictions in all web and app channels for better end user experience. Please take a note of below size requirements under ‘Upload Image’ functionality, which will come into effect from 26 Nov 2020:

• App Push Notifications: 40KB
• In-app Messages: Sticky header & Sticky footer - 100KB & rest other types of in-app messages 500KB
• Web Push Notifications: Icon image - 25KB & Large image - 40KB
• Web Messages: 500KB

Please note, these restrictions are applicable for images uploaded while creating the campaign. If you wish to use larger size images, you can use a self-hosted image URL feature in the campaign.

Note: Your already running & scheduled campaigns will not be impacted with these changes. However, if you pause or edit such campaigns new restrictions will be applicable.
