New Feature: WhatsApp Template Analytics

We’re excited to introduce WhatsApp Template Analytics, a dedicated screen to measure the performance of your approved WhatsApp templates across campaigns and journeys.
Marketers can now track engagement, button interactions, and business conversions in one consolidated view to understand which templates drive results.

What’s New?
Performance Insights Available:

  • Engagement metrics: Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Replies

  • Button-level performance: Clicks and Quick Reply interactions

  • Conversion metrics: Add-to-Cart, Checkout, Purchases, Revenue

Available under:
Content → WhatsApp → Saved Templates → Select Template → Performance

Additional Actions:

  • Filter data by date range

  • Download performance report

  • Edit, Test, or Use template directly from the screen

Example Use Case
If you are running multiple campaigns using the same WhatsApp template, you can:

  • Identify which CTA button drives the highest clicks

  • Compare engagement across time periods

  • Pause low-performing templates and reuse high-performing ones

This helps optimize template content and improve campaign ROI.

Note: Metrics are powered by Meta. Historical data may vary if analytics were enabled after the template was already in use.
