In our constant endeavor to continuously try and optimise the experience for our customers, we have decided to remove Contact Master option from the dataset. In any case not more than 0.5% customers were using dataset journeys on entire contact master π , and we expect you to do lot more segmented journeys.
We are confident that using a combination of campaign capabilities, smart segmentation, and contact action trigger, you would be able to achieve similar results/use cases.
Rest assured any existing contact master journeys would work as expected.
We are working towards a product that is scalable and efficient, and we hope to have your continued support in creating a better and functional product.
