New Channels in Segmentation

We're thrilled to announce addition of new channels in Segmentation: RCS, Viber, Zalo & Haptik. Now, brands leveraging these channels can tailor their communication strategies more effectively than ever before.

New Features:

  1. RCS in Segmentation:
    • Brands can now create user segments based on RCS engagement:
      • RCS Sent/Not Sent
      • RCS Failed
      • RCS Read/Not Read
  2. Viber Segmentation:
    • Similarly, segmentation support has been extended to Viber, allowing brands to segment users based on:
      • Viber Sent/Not Sent
      • Viber Read/Not Read
      • Viber Click/Not Clicked
      • Viber Failed
  3. Zalo in Segmentation:
    • Segmentation support has been extended to Zalo & Haptik
      • Sent/Not Sent
      • Delivered/Undelivered
  4. WhatsApp Haptik in Segmentation:

      • Sent/Not Sent
      • Delivered/Undelivered
      • Read/Not Read

Ease of Access:

These new segmentation features are readily accessible over respective enabled panels.

How to Access:

  1. Navigate to Login > Audience > Segmentation.
  2. Click on 'Add Condition' to begin crafting targeted segments.
  3. Under the 'Engagement' tab, you'll find relevant events for all above mentioned channels.

Value Proposition:

This enhancement empowers brands to:

  • Optimize Channel Strategies: Segment users based on their engagement across journeys, allowing for more targeted and personalized communication.
  • Multi-Channel Conversion: Strategically address user behavior, such as segmenting users failing over RCS and attempting outreach over SMS.
  • Nudge Users Effectively: Segment users reading RCS but not converting, providing an opportunity to nudge them on other channels via personalized journeys.

This release is designed to enhance your segmentation capabilities, offering a deeper understanding of user behavior and enabling more tailored and effective communication strategies.
