Report downloads: Standard format of email subject lines✅

Do you schedule or download multiple Netcore CE reports during the day, and then find it hard to identify them from the emails? If so, we got you covered!

To ensure ease of identification for any Email, SMS, APN, BPN campaign reports, or Journey reports scheduled/downloaded over emails - we have created a standard format that will include important data points.

Note: Only for IA2.0 customers.

EXAMPLES

Say you have scheduled email summary reports on a daily basis to get T-1 data. You started the scheduler with the name "Email Summary sync". The email subject line would be:

Scheduled Daily Report: Email Summary sync, Campaign_Multi_Email_Summary_Daily_T-1_20230221

Say you want to download an email detailed report for a campaign "Loyal users offer" with campaign ID 38. The email subject line would be:

One-time Download: Loyal users offer, Campaign_ID-38_Email_Detailed_20230221
