We are happy to inform you that we are introducing one more useful feature in Smartech - Switch Account.

Scenario: Many brands are using multiple Smartech panels since they have more than one BUs or department. There is a need from the marketing team to have a central view of all the BUs or departments, especially to view the reporting dashboards.

With the release of the “Switch Account” feature, it would be easy for the marketing team to switch from one panel to another seamlessly without logging in and logging out.

Prerequisite:

“Switch Account” functionality is available only for “Admin” user.

All the panels should be hosted in the same data center and in the same application server.
