Support for Multiple Mobile numbers in CPAAS and CEE
Great news!
We have introduced a new feature in Netcore Smartech - cPaaS and CE panel that allows you to add multiple mobile numbers to a single panel. Previously, we only supported one number per panel, but now you can have up to 25 different mobile numbers by default, with the possibility to add more upon approval.
Each mobile number can be assigned to a specific use case, such as promotional messages or customer service. This flexibility allows you to optimize your messaging strategy based on the tier limits of each number.
To make it easier for you to manage multiple numbers, we have added a new filter option called "Business Number" on both cPaaS and CEE. This filter allows you to view and analyze data on a mobile number level, giving you a more comprehensive understanding of your messaging performance.
