I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to inform you about an upcoming change that will impact the way we handle content storage for WhatsApp livefeed data.
As you may be aware, Meta (the parent company of WhatsApp) has updated its policies regarding the storage of personalized data. According to these new guidelines, we are no longer permitted to store personalized variables or customer-level data from WhatsApp livefeeds unless explicitly authorized by the customer.
To comply with Meta's updated policies, we will be disabling content storage for WhatsApp livefeed data, effective 45 days from today's date. This means that after the 45-day period, we will no longer store any personalized or customer-level data from WhatsApp livefeeds.
If you currently have any WhatsApp livefeed data stored with us that you wish to retain, please take the necessary steps to create backups or export the data within the next 45 days. After this period, any stored WhatsApp livefeed data will be permanently deleted from our systems. Customers who wish to continue storing personalized data with us can enable this option through the "General Settings" section of their account. However, please note that this option should only be selected if you explicitly consent to us storing your personalized data.

After 45 days: Any remaining WhatsApp livefeed data will be permanently deleted
