Regrettably, during this period, the ability to edit existing templates or create new ones within CE accounts using the 'Advanced Drag & Drop' editor is temporarily unavailable.

Below are the areas that are functioning smoothly and the impacted areas as well:

1. Existing Templates: Templates that are already created and in use across Broadcasts and journeys are not affected. They will continue to work seamlessly.

2. Scheduled Activities: Any ongoing or scheduled Broadcasts and Journeys will remain unaffected. Templates are visible and rendering as expected.

3. New Template creation & existing template editing: Unfortunately, we are not able to create or edit templates using the Advanced Drag & Drop editor. You will encounter an 'Access Denied' error message.

4. Editor Alternative: While we work on resolving this, we recommend using our 'Drag & Drop' editor.
