We’re pleased to introduce the improved Error Console, designed to help you monitor and resolve errors more efficiently. With this enhancement, you can now:
- Monitor errors in real-time – Instantly detect and address issues in behavioral events tracked for your website and app users.
- Gain detailed error insights – View critical information such as error type, cause, and sample users.
- Receive actionable recommendations – Get suggestive actions to resolve errors quickly and improve performance.
- Improve operational efficiency – Monitor business-important critical events, and reduce time and effort required to identify and fix issues with the help of sample logs.
- Get daily alerts - You will be reminded of events dropped yesterday on the first login of the day.
How to Access the Error Console:
- Log in to the Netcore CE dashboard.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Behaviour > Errors.
- Explore detailed insights, including:
- Event Name: Identify the affected event.
- Last Occurred: Timestamp of the last recorded error.
- Error Code: Unique identifier for error categorization.
- Occurrences: Frequency of the error.
- Platform: Track errors across Android, iOS, or Web.
By clicking on an event name, you can drill down further to view comprehensive details such as date/time, platform, asset name, asset ID, and GUID. These event errors are available only for the last 7 days.
