We have released a new feature in the Engagement dashboard - Aggregate numbers!
With this feature, you can now:
Get an aggregated view of the communications sent in specified time duration for Email, SMS, App push, Web push
Know if there is an uplift/drop in the aggregate numbers for the selected duration in comparison to the immediate previous duration. If so, by what percentage.
You will be able to view 5 metrics - Sent, Opened/Delivered, Clicked, Opened/Delivered rate, Clicked rate (Opened in case of Email, Delivered in case of SMS, App push & Web push)
You can access it by going to Engagement dashboard ->Click on Email/SMS/App push/Web push tab above the trend
