With a few hiccups on this release, we've finally made centralized WhatsApp template management between CEE and CPaaS live. With the new release, you can create WhatsApp templates from the CEE panel and send rich media WhatsApp templates through journeys. In short, you can send images, videos, and documents using the Journey 2.0 module.

📌If you notice that your templates are not loading, try reloading once. We have noted that templates don't load in the first attempt on some panels. 📌 If your WhatsApp messages via campaigns/journeys fail after this release, get in touch with the support team with the template name. ⚪ We will release WhatsApp in our unified broadcast campaign flow soon.
