A recent comprehensive study highlighted the need for adjustments to our reporting metrics. The objective is to provide a more accurate representation in Excel reporting, ensuring correct reporting formulas. To facilitate this, we've identified specific changes in our reporting approach.
Opened/Read - Calculation basis changed to Delivered.
Unique Clicked - Calculation basis changed to Delivered.
Total Clicked - Calculation basis changed to Delivered.
Deduplication of Not Sent across all Channels.
Deduplication of Unsubscribes of email on Summary reports.
Deduplication of Not Sent of all channels on Summary reports.
Total Unsubscribed → Unique Unsubscribes.
Abuse → Unique Abuses.
Forwards → Unique Forwards.
Total Submitted → Unique Submitted.
