We are excited to announce that we are simplifying Journey reporting by retiring Summary reports.

Going forward, all the data points previously included in Summary reports will be available in the detailed Summary report.

This move will help reduce complexity in maintaining multiple reporting formats, while retaining all important data points. We believe this will help our users to better focus on their analysis without getting overwhelmed by unnecessary information.

Additionally, we have temporarily removed the Journey Global checkbox as our backend systems were finding it difficult to handle the selection of 1000's of journeys in one go. However, we have introduced the ability to select journeys in multiples of 25 (25, 50, 75, 100) which will help users to easily navigate and select the relevant journeys.

Summary Report Retirement

• We have completely retired the Summary Report option, as it was found to be redundant and unnecessary.

Detailed Summary Report Enhancements

• Additional dropdowns have been removed from the Summary Report section and added to the Detailed Summary section, reducing complexity and making it easier to understand the reports.
• The global checkbox has been retired, retaining only specific checkboxes that are relevant for report generation.
• The textual change from journey to Journeys has been implemented across the platform.

Set Duration Modal

The From and To duration design has been changed to a Set Duration modal, similar to how it is in Campaigns.

Journey Download

• The Detailed Summary report now downloads only the top 25 Journeys by default, as this is the upper limit of pagination. Users can download more Journeys by loading more and selecting them.
• Only four options remain for Journey reporting downloads: One-time download - Detailed Summary, One-time download - Custom Detailed, Scheduled Download - Detailed Summary, and Scheduled Download - Custom Detailed.
