Meta recently stopped supporting image formats of JPG type.

- 2. CPaaS Template Test Template Section.
- 3. Journey WhatsApp Rich Media Section
As a workaround, we request customers to upload images in JPEG or PNG formats only until a permanent solution is implemented. Our team is actively working on resolving this issue, and we will provide updates on any further developments.
