New Button Configuration for WhatsApp Messaging

WhatsApp Messaging Features Update

We are pleased to introduce an update to our WhatsApp messaging features, aligned with the latest WhatsApp guidelines. This release allows enhanced button configurations for improved messaging flexibility and user experience.

Key Updates:

  • Button Limit Increase: Messages now support up to 10 buttons per message, including options like Visit Website, Call Phone Number, Marketing Opt-out, Quick Reply, and Copy Code buttons.
  • "See All Options" Button: For messages containing more than 3 buttons, the 3rd button now transforms into a "See all options" button. Clicking this button opens a slide-up menu displaying all available buttons.
  • Button Grouping: Buttons are categorized as CTA (Call to Action) and Quick Reply buttons, ensuring each type is grouped separately for easy navigation. In the slide-up menu, CTA and Quick Reply sections can be re-ordered, but not mixed.

Button Usage Limits:

  • Max of 2 Visit Website, 1 Call Phone Number, 1 Marketing Opt-out, 1 Copy Code, or up to 10 Quick Reply buttons individually.
  • If the Marketing Opt-out button is added, a non-customizable footer will automatically appear.
