**Requirement Overview:**
Dr. B Lal Labs requires Parent-Child Account Visibility on the Single View of Customer page in the Netcore Panel.
**Use Case:**
A single mobile number can be used by one individual to book tests and consultancy for multiple family members (father, mother, son, etc.).
Example:
- Parent Mobile Number: 9876543210
→ SSID 1: Son's registration
→ SSID 2: Mother's registration
→ SSID 3: Father's registration
**Expected Behavior:**
The primary key in the Netcore panel will be SSID (unique registration ID generated by Dr. B Lal team). However, for the parent-child relationship, the system should display all SSIDs linked to the same parent Mobile Number under the parent SSID.
All communication (email, SMS, WhatsApp) will be sent to the parent's mobile number, while the system retains visibility of all child SSIDs linked to it for comprehensive profiling and insights.
**Why This Matters:**
- This is a vital use case in the healthcare industry, where family members often manage health decisions collectively
- Providing a unified view of related SSIDs helps improve patient engagement, care coordination, and drives higher usage of diagnostic services
- Dr. B Lal Labs has clearly communicated that this feature is critical for their decision to fully commit to Netcore's platform
- Competitive Edge: Both CleverTap and WebEngage already provide this capability, making it a standard expectation in the market
**Current Status:**
Product team indicates this is a product limitation as the system currently caters to flat relationships and not hierarchical ones. Not part of the immediate 2-quarter roadmap, so no timelines can be given currently.
