Similar to how we have Sync API for "Add Contact" API, we need for Update contact API as well.

Similar to how we have Sync API for "Add Contact" API, we need for Update contact API as well.
If not, we need a single API which can be used for both Add contact & Update contact, but a Sync API which will validate and give success response only if contact is uploaded in the panel.
