We've just launched the contact trend widget

giving you insights into the subscriber trend for the web push channel.

This widget allows you to track users opting in or out of receiving web push notifications for your website assets. The daily trend feature helps you analyse patterns and devise strategies to optimise your web push subscriber base.

Key features:

• Visit the Audience Overview page to access the contact trend widget. Here, you can view unique users who have subscribed or unsubscribed for a selected web asset.
• Check out the day-wise trend chart of users subscribing or unsubscribing to web push notifications.
• Dive deeper into trend line data by platform (desktop, tablet, mobile) or browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
• Note: Subscription status is based on users allowing or denying the system push notification permission prompt displayed by the browser.
• Data for web push subscribers and unsubscribers is available from February 1, 2024, onwards and is updated hourly.
• The Subscriber Trend widget is currently available for Web Push notifications channel, with support for app push notifications coming soon!
