We are excited to announce a DIY setup for Integrating Google RCS in CEE panels.
With this, users will be able to access RCS in CE, Create templates, run Journeys and Analyze journey performance, and segment users based on RCS events.
Pre-requisites- Netcore CPaaS account that has RCS enabled for it (Reach out to your account manager or to our helpdesk at [email protected] )
Key Features enabled using integration- Create Journeys to optimize channel strategies, with RCS as a trigger node, as an action node, in has done event etc.
- Segment users based on their engagement across journeys, allowing for more targeted and personalized communication.
- Analyze how your RCS journeys are performing with the RCS reports.
Benefits- Reduced Dependency on Support/Onboarding: The DIY setup eliminates reliance on the support team, allowing for quicker and more efficient integration of Google RCS with CPaaS.
