Key Features where RCS Clicks are now supported:

1. Journey Trigger Event: RCS Clicked can now initiate journey triggers.
2. "Has Done Event" Node:
   • Track and use RCS Clicked event within the "Has Done Event" node. The Has Done Event node checks if a user has completed an action before moving forward.
3. "Wait for Event" Node:
   • Integrate RCS Clicked into the "Wait for Event" node to create dynamic delays based on user interactions.
4. Webhook Node in Journeys: Easily connect external systems to your customer journeys with the Webhook Node.
5. Segmentation:
   • Enhanced segmentation with RCS Clicked & Delivered metrics for more targeted audience segmentation.
6. Journey reporting: Clicks and performance can be analyzed from journey dashboard and with summary, detailed and node-wise reports.

• Template Selection Dropdown: Easily select RCS templates within journey nodes using a new dropdown menu.

• Template Preview with Personalization: Preview templates with personalized content directly within the node for improved accuracy and efficiency.
