• Create RCS Template: Users can now easily create new RCS templates directly from the CEE dashboard. This feature supports various layout types including Text Message, Rich Card Standalone, and Rich Card Carousel, catering to diverse messaging needs.
• Manage and Edit Templates: The update provides robust options for managing and editing existing RCS templates. Users can access detailed template information, make necessary modifications, and update content seamlessly.
• Template Details Setup: A new section under Setup > Template Details allows users to specify essential information such as Template Name and Bot Type (Promotional or Transactional), ensuring that templates are correctly categorized and utilized.
