We are excited to announce Infobip as a new WhatsApp Business Service Provider (BSP) integration in Netcore CE. This makes it easier for marketers to deliver personalized, automated WhatsApp messages directly from Journeys.With this integration, you can now:

• Send WhatsApp messages via Infobip within Journey automations.

• Use pre-approved Infobip templates.

• Track message delivery and performance metrics.

• Personalize messages with dynamic fields.

Note:

• Click tracking for Quick Reply and Call to Phone buttons is currently not supported.
